At Noor Luxe Abaya, we specialize in custom-made pieces tailored to your specific style and measurements. We do not keep ready-made abayas in stock. Each order is crafted individually after sourcing fabric from the market based on your request.

Customization & Alteration Policy:

Sizing Adjustments (Too Loose):
If your abaya feels loose, we offer alteration services to adjust the fit for AED 100 (inclusive of delivery).

Resizing (Too Small):
If the abaya is too tight or small, a new piece will need to be stitched. A stitching and delivery fee of AED 150 applies. (Note: This does not apply to Eid or hand-embellished abayas. Charges may vary depending on the design.)

Fabric Change Requests:
If you’re unsatisfied with the fabric, a new abaya can be created with a charge of (New Purchase) (including stitching and delivery).

Exchange Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
